Getting the web app dir via classloader seems to fail if the full current path contains a space.

Also if there is some non-jar prior to the project on the classpath, possible with eclipse, the search fails. It should keep looking until it finds a webapp/ dir. Or come up with a better way to find that dir.

Fixed space problem in databinder.rake, and improved error handling and reporting in DataServer (in snapshot).
